Mountain View Yacht Club was established in 1986 and is one of the largest on the lake with 284 in water slips and 120 valet racks. The boat slips will accomodate boats of various sizes up to 47'. You must own one of the boat slips to be a Member of the Yacht Club. Slips are available for sale or rent through Irwin Corporation's, Real Estate division. The Club owns a 25,000 lb travel lift as well as a 10,000 lb forklift to handle a variety of boat lenghts. It is centrally located and has easy access to many ammenities by water and by land. The property is 22 acres with 4 rack storage buildings, 2 storage buildings, 3 bath houses, a ship's store and office, a 75' gas dock with pump out facility, a private launch ramp, 2 beautiful sandy beaches, a playground with 2 swingsets, a volleyball net, horse shoe pits and basketball hoop. Irwin Marine has been managing the Yacht Club since 1992. They have certified technicians on site 7 days a week in season and on site security.
