Membership can only be obtained through the purchase of a boat slip. Fees include the purchase of the Slip, a one time membership fee at the time of purchase, Annual Dues and Town of Gilford real estate taxes.

Cable TV is available for an additional fee each in season.
With a Membership you are allowed to keep a boat on the property all year. In Season is considered May 1 through Columbus Day. Off Season the rest of the months.
Any Service done to the boat (hauling, launching, etc) is an additional fee. Irwin Marine manages the Club and caters to the boating needs of the Members/Renters.
Members are allowed to have pets and one additional trailer boat/PWC of no more than 19' 11" that can be launched at the boat Ramp.
We also offer a Valet Program for an additional fee for up to a 26' Boat.
