I grew up on Crescent Lake in Wolfeboro, started working at a local marina at thirteen continuing through high school. Thinking I wanted a life outside the lakes region, I attended Wittenberg University in Ohio and graduated in 1995 with a degree in Political Science. But I knew there was something missing... the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and boating! I moved home and went to work in the marine industry. My goal at Irwin Marine is to help our customers experience the joys of boating here in the Lakes Region.	Service Writer Bob Fay bobfay@irwinmarine.com I graduated from New Hampshire Technical College in 1990 and have worked in the power sport industry for over 20 years. In 2006 I started at Irwin Marine in the Service Dept. It is great to work in the scenic Lakes Region of New Hampshire. I moved to the area in 1973 with my family and live in Laconia with my wife. He has a great mind for remembering part numbers, which is quite remarkable, since we have over 250,000 parts. Bob shares his parts knowledge with the Customers and leaves them feeling very comfortable knowing they have received the correct part for their boat. He began working at Irwin Marine, pumping gas and has been with us for 11 years. Shawn likes the fact that he can share his love for boating with customers and his adorable daughter.

He graduated locally from Laconia Tech in the Marine Program and also taught there for a short while before pursuing his career.
